a) Fullcourt conditioning
b) Layups off a pass
c) Spot shooting
d) Shot-fake pull-ups
e) Slide around the horn
f) Run around the horn
g) Layups off the dribble
h) Shots off the dribble (shoot and follow)

7 shooting spots (about 18 feet from the basket).

a)

Coach passes, make one shot from each spot, run to touch the far baseline (or optionally halfcourt) after each shot, make or miss, go back to the same spot on a miss.

b)

Touch each spot with a hand, cut to the basket for a bounce pass and layup, coach rebounds. Go to the next spot on a make. Always see the ball.

c)

Make 5 shots from each spot, go around the horn.

Variation - make 3 out of 4 to move, go all the way back to the beginning if you miss 2 (in a row).

d)

Shot-fake one-dribble pull-up right, then left, make both to move to the next spot.

Shot fake, one-dribble pull-up two spots away (cover ground), go around the horn (three shots) and back (the next shot is shot-fake one dribble from spot 3 to spot 5).

Facing the basket, defensive slide two spots away for a pass and shot, go around and back (6 shots total).

Run two spots away, inside pivot foot, catch and shoot, go around and back.
 
goxavier.com - guard NBA sprint - one minute, sprint from spot to spot around the 3-point line and back (7 spots) but only when the rebounder has the ball, should get about 20 shots off. Progression - shot fake, pull-ups.

Dribble out to each cone and back for a made layup, open to the floor all the time.

Super 7's - shoot from the corner (spot 1), rebound and dribble to the other corner (spot 7), inside pivot foot (open to the floor) and shoot, repeat at spots 2, 6, 3, 5 and 4 (can turn either way at the top), repeat six times for 49 shots, for the 50th shot, dribble and shoot again at the top, turning the other way. Keep track of your score.
 
Triano 4-spot - take 25 shots from one spot (rebound, dribble back, alternate right and left foot pivots) then 10 foul shots, repeat at three more spots.
