Starting from the top, shoot from the right wing, left wing, right elbow, left elbow, and a 3-pointer from the top, always returning to the starting point between shots. Coach passes and rebounds.
Mike Neighbors - 5-spot shooting - touch the middle of the lane between spots.
Start in the corner, run to halfcourt before each shot, shoot from the right wing, right slot, top, left slot, left wing.
Progression - shot fake pull-ups.
For post players, shots can be short corners, dive the rim each side, trail from the top.
