Free-throw ideas - Validate all wins with a free throw, a player from the winning team must make a free throw or his team runs as if they lost (Vance Walberg)
- Each winner must go 2 for 2 (or 3 for 4) or he runs (Ian MacKinnon)
- Every player must make 5 free throws in a row after practice before leaving (Rick Pitino - 8 for posts, 12 for perimeter players)
- In 5 minutes, any player who doesn't make five in a row doesn't get to drink (Gary Colson)
- Make 25 free throws before and after practice, post a list, players write down how many attempts it took (Mike Dunlap)
