Post play Double cuts

| 1 Two lines, each with two balls. 3 v-cuts to the low post on the other side for a pass from 1 and makes a post move, 1 v-cuts to the high post and will get a pass from 4. Players self rebound and switch lines, continue then switch sides.

| 2 Variations
a)
3 cuts high and v-cuts low, 1 still cuts low to high (like a zone offence x-cut rotation).
Doubles (That's a Foul, Aug. 2003) - 3 cuts high then v-cuts low for a pass from 1, who then v-cuts low to high for a pass from 4. |
