a) Back screen, flare

2 simulates coming off a backscreen and flares to the corner. 1 makes an overhead pass to the inside shoulder, 2 catches with knees bent, steps into the shot, rebounds, passes to 1, returns to his original spot. Make 7 shots then rotate.

Do not backpedal when flaring, rotate your hips and run, seeing the ball.

b) Backscreen, pop back

2 steps out from the block to simulate a backscreen, steps to the ball with hands ready and fingers pointing up, catches the ball with knees bent and immediately elevates into the shot.

c) Screen away, flash

2 simulates using a screen away by taking his man away then coming hard to the ball.

d) Screen and step back

2 ballscreens, 1 comes off the screen aggressively, 2 steps back for a pass and shot.

e) Low-post screen, wing cut

2 simulates taking his man under the rim then cutting shoulder to shoulder off a downscreen to the wing, hands ready, fingers pointed up. On the catch, square to the basket in triple threat. Work in sets of five - catch and shoot, shot fake pull-up right, shot fake pull-up left. Rotate every 5 shots.

f) Low-post screen, fade cut

2 takes his man into the lane then fades to the corner, simulating a situation where his defender cheats to the middle of the floor. Work sets of five.

g) Low-post screen, curl cut

2 cuts shoulder to shoulder and curls to the foul-line area, simulating a situation where his defender follows him off the screen. Work sets of five.
