Combo moves, dribbling, scoring. See YouTube video - Pro Training workout #7.
1) Stationary
a) Combo-move series
20 reps each (10 each hand),
- double cross double takes (between and back under) - double cross double behind the back - double between double behind.
b) Ball-control series
20 reps each,
- right-hand v-dribble, between and cross - left-hand v-dribble, between cross - right-hand v-dribble, between behind - left-hand v-dribble, between behind.

| 2) Tight combo-move series
Same moves as the combo-move series.
Start on the baseline with the right hand, come back with the left hand, 2 sets for each,
- double crossovers double takes - double cross double behind - double between double behind.

| 3) Combo moves lane drill
Make 5 each on both sides. Start with the outside hand,
- pound between cross at the block and each lane marker, go around the top cone, between-cross at the next cone, finish at the rim - between behind. |
| 4) Lateral combo-move layups
Make 3 of each. Start at an elbow facing the baseline, ball in the inside hand,
- go between the legs crossover moving across the foul line, explode at the other elbow and finish, make 3 - start from the other elbow - between behind, going both ways.
Progression - jump shots at the elbows.

| 5) Toss-out combo-move pull-ups
Make 3 of each shot, 4 sets.
On one side, toss a ball out to the top cone and follow,
- attack a second cone (with the outside hand), go between and cross, pull-up shot (make 3) - go between behind - repeat on the other side.
