| 2 b) One-step form square-ups
No balls. 3 cuts into the lane and squares up with a 1-2 step (inside-outside, could be catch and shoot or off the dribble), pretends to shoot a set shot (progression - jump shot). Alternate sides, 4 goes next.

| 3 c) Spin step-ins
Starting low outside the lane, 1 spins a pass, steps with the left foot, pivots to square up (a 1-2 step, left-right), repeat two more times moving across the lane, shoots the third time.
