A warm-up drill.
1 runs fullcourt, gets a pass from 4 on the baseline, drives middle, 7 spaces from the wing to the corner for a pass and shot.
2 runs the other way at the same time and does the same with 3 and 8.
7 and 8 rebound and go off, 1 and 2 are the next shooters. After passing, 3 and 4 cut for passes, drive and kick for shots.
- one-dribble pull-up jump shots
- reverse layups.
