Scrimmage
Kelbick defensive challenge

Team O attacks team X halfcourt, and keeps the ball on a score or any dead ball.

On a defensive rebound or steal, team X attacks the far basket. If team X scores there, they come back and defend team O in transition; if team X doesn't score, start again with a halfcourt attack by team O.

Essentially it's always team O's ball except on a defensive rebound or steal by team X. Team O gets one point each time it scores, team X must stop, score and stop again to get a point (don't throw the ball away after a stop). Play to 3 or 4 points.

See Scrimmage - Stop and break, Spurs stops, 2 in 1 (stop-score-stop).
