Do lane slides facing coach, start by touching the rim with both hands,
- slide right (get one foot outside the lane), slide left to the basket, touch the rim
- slide left then right, touch the rim
- slide right then left, touch the rim
- slide left then right to the basket, get a bounce pass from coach, finish.
Foran & Pound (FIBA Assist 30) - jump-shuffle-jump - facing the baseline under the right side of the backboard, jump to touch it with both hands, shuffle left, jump to touch the left side of the backboard, shuffle right and jump, continue for 3 to 5 reps.
Jump to touch the rim with both hands, sprint to touch the foul line with your left foot, back for a bounce pass, finish, touch the foul line with your right foot, sprint back, touch the rim twice, out to touch the foul line with your left foot, back for a bounce pass, finish.
Closeouts - pass to coach, close out, react to a shot fake, jab step right, shot fake, jab left (crossover step), shot fake, jab right, shot fake, and jab left, when coach shoots, rebound and finish.
