Paul Mokeski drills
4 taps the backboard three times with the ball, passes to coach, runs to touch the 3-point line, dives, posts up, catches and makes a power move.
- add directed defender
- run a 1/2 suicide after.
4 taps five times, passes to one coach, follows to touch the ball, dives to opposite low post and posts up, gets a pass from other coach for a post move, e.g., baseline power layup, turnaround jumper baseline or middle. Alternate sides, repeat three times.
Variation - add defender on post up, who is next shooter.
4 start in one corners, sprints to touch the centreline, runs a fast break to get a pass posting up, at the T, on the fly, or trailing. Repeat on the other side, or use two coaches.
For a group drill, 5 can start when 4 gets to centre, 6 passes a ball to coach who passes to 5.
4 passes to coach, follows to touch the ball, coach shoots off backboard, 4 rebounds, scores, and passes back to repeat four more times.
4 taps the backboard five times, passes to coach, posts up for a pass and post move, rebounds and passes back, touches the opposite block, posts up again, shoots five times, then sprints to the other end and posts up for another five shots.
Option - finish with a touchdown pass from coach.
