Dribbling

Men's Basketball Hoopscoop

A solo or group workout.

Speed dribble with the outside hand, make a change of direction move at each cone, speed dribble for a layup or pull-up jump shot, repeat coming back. Change sides.

(Variations)

- inside-out or hesitation dribble up the sideline to halfcourt
- make a move or combo move at the far 3-point line
- two teams, one on each side (1 would start from the far corner on the right coming back).

Option - start with fullcourt dribble moves, up and back,
- one dribble, change of direction (crossover, between the legs, behind the back, spin)
- one dribble, triple move (crossover, between the legs, behind the back, combo)
- one dribble, stutter, change of direction.
