A solo or group workout (other players start behind 1, or use both sides).
Fullcourt dribble moves,
- one dribble, change of direction (crossover, between the legs, behind the back, spin)
- one dribble, triple move (crossover, between the legs, behind the back, combo)
- one dribble, stutter, change of direction.
Use one move or mix them up, go upcourt and back.

Speed dribble with the outside hand, make a change of direction move at each cone, speed dribble for a layup or pull-up jump shot, repeat coming back. Change sides.
