 | 1 Above the Rim Basketball School Two groups of players on the centreline, each with a number. Coach rolls or tosses a ball towards one basket and calls a number, then a ball towards the other basket and calls a different number. The first player to the ball in each pair attacks, the other defends. Play to a stop or score by the attacker. Variations - both players can try to score - 2 on 2, 3 on 3 - players are lying or sitting down. |
