 | 1 Transition from defence to attack then off. 1 attacks 2 and 3 attacks 4 at the other basket, play to a stop or score. Remaining players are out of bounds on the sidelines of each halfcourt (or are behind the baselines). |
 | 2 1 and 3 go off at their end, 2 and 4 attack the other way, 6 comes on to defend 4, 8 comes on to defend 2.  | 3 Variation - two teams (O and X), one on each sideline. 1 attacks X1 at one end, X2 attacks 2 at the other end, play to a stop or score. Attackers 1 and X2 go off, X1 and 2 are now on offence, X3 comes on to defend 2, 3 comes on to defend X1. |
