Halfcourt 5 on 5 (or 4 on 4). To win, one team must make three stops in a row. Each possession is only 20 seconds. The defence loses the possession (and goes out) on a score, or if an attacker gets both feet in the lane with the ball (below the basket does not count). A great drill to encourage and help stop dribble penetration. |
