Variation - Jacobs Drill (Basketball WA)
1 scores the ball, inbounds to 2 running wide, runs inside-out around the far cone, 2 hits 3 for a no-dribble layup and follows to rebound, 3 keeps going.
2 inbounds to 3 and sprints back to rebound, 3 hits 1 for the layup and sprints to rebound.
Target - 12 up-and-backs without a missed layup or the ball hitting the floor.
