Spin dribble at each chair (or cone), start with the right hand,
- speed dribble to 1
- continuous crossovers to 2
- continuous inside-out dribble to 3
- continuous hesitation dribble to 4
- continuous behind the back to 5
- continuous through the legs to 6
- drive for a layup.
Switch sides coming back (speed dribble to cone 5 with the left hand), go three times with each hand.
