Defending Zig-zag halfcourt
| 1 Halfcourt zig-zag drill, can be used in pre-game warm-up.
Three pairs of players start on the baseline, zig-zag to halfcourt (staying in their lanes). |
| 2 Switch at halfcourt (hand each defender a ball), repeat coming back, new players go.
