Slide and backpedal

1 and 2 run to the basket, tap the backboard 5 times, slide to the sideline, run backwards to the far foul line extended, slide to the middle, and run to the back of their lines.

Jog fullcourt, slide to the sideline, backpedal, slide back to the start. Change lines.
