Run and slide

a) Halfcourt

The first player runs to the centreline up the right sideline, slides left to the other side in a defensive stance, backpedals to the baseline, and slides right, back to the starting position. The next player follows close behind.
 
Adam Filippi - box agility drill - sprint, slide, backpedal, carioca back to the start, repeat changing direction.

b) Fullcourt (Winning Hoops)

Players run up the sideline to halfcourt, shuffle across, run up the other sideline to the far baseline, shuffle across, backpedal to halfcourt, shuffle across, backpedal to the near baseline, and shuffle back to the start.
