1) Spot-up
2) Pull-ups (one dribble, change of direction, two dribbles)
3) Running hook
4) Fadeaway
5) Up-and-under

1) Spot-up jump shots (at 3:48)

Make 10 from the right corner, right wing, top of the key, left wing, then left corner.

Lebron uses left-right step-in footwork.

After each spot, he jumps rope for 30 seconds then works with a stability band.

Make 5 free throws when done.

2) Pull-up jump shots

a) One-dribble pull-ups from the right wing (23:28)

Make 4 going right then 4 going left.

James uses one-two crossover footwork (L-R going right, R-L going left).

b) Pull-up jump shots from the top of the key (24:43)

Make 4 with a change-of-direction move left (between the legs, behind the back, crossover), then make 4 with a change of direction right.

Lebron uses 3-4 dribbles.

Make 4 going right, then 4 going left (with no change of direction).

a) Left-shoulder fadeaways - he uses one right-hand dribble, shown, or no dribble (31:17).

b) Right-shoulder fadeaways - one right-hand dribble, spin baseline (32:24).

a) Right-shoulder fadeaway - no dribble, or one left-hand dribble, fake drop step and spin middle (33:32).

b) Left-shoulder fadeaway - no dribble, or one left-hand dribble and spin baseline (34:30).up

Make 5 from the right block - take one left-hand dribble, spin baseline, shot fake, step-thru middle.

Make 5 free throws (36:51).up

6) 3-point spot-up jump shots (39:36)

Make 6 from the right corner, right wing, top of the key, left wing, then left corner.

In the corners, he catches then steps with his right foot (not a one-two step-in).
