 | 1 Jamie Dixon 4 passes to coach, flashes for a pass, play to a stop or score. 4 can pass back to coach and re-post. X5 defends against all players then goes off. Change sides when all players have defended. X5 takes on the cutter as he flashes, with his chest, arms up, keeps vision on the ball, pushes the attacker away from the block, out of position. 4 tries to catch near the basket, get to the second hash so he can go baseline, be patient, catch and locate the defender (locate middle). |
