 | 1 goxavier.com 1 and 4 dive on ball reversal (see below for other entries). |
 | 2 a) Cougar (continuity) 5 comes high, look for a high-low pass to 4, then 5 dribbles at 3 who backcuts. |
 | 3 5 can ballscreen, dribble screen or dribble hand-off with 1, 4 and 2 screen for 3. (Variation - 3 just clears opposite, with no stagger screen, into an offence of your choice) See Quick hitter - Staggered zipper, Offences - Carleton Ravens, Kowalczyk ballscreen. |
 | 4 2 runs off 5's single screen, 1 cuts to the weakside corner. |
 | 5 4 flashes high, start continuity again (4 will dribble at 3). (Variation - 4 dribble handoffs to 3 and rolls, 1 fills behind). |
 | 6 b) Huskies 5 is denied at the top and backcuts, 2 dribbles out. See Quick hitters - Cavs pistol series. |
 | 7 3 backcuts and goes off a staggered screen. |
 | 8 c) Titan 5 flashes for a pass, 1 and 3 stagger screen for 4. |
 | 9 d) Stagger 5 flashes high for a pass, 2 uses a baseline triple screen. |
 | 10 e) Eagle 5 flashes high for a pass and dribbles at 3, who sprints to screen for 4. |

 | 12 Entry variations a) Rip 1 passes to 3 and cuts to the weakside corner, 4 stays out top, and will dribble at 2. See Offence - High-low. |

 | 14 c) Oregon Weave entry, 1 dribble hand-offs with 3 who dribble hand-offs with 2. Xavier - on a flat weave, the opposite big ducks in when the ball crosses the lane line. |
