Starting from the elbow, make a one-dribble layup, take the ball out of the basket, run back with the ball, touch the elbow with one foot, change direction and attack the basket with another one-dribble layup. Make 7 layups in 30 seconds.
 
Steve Smith - intensity layups - from the top of the key make 7 layups going right in 30 seconds, repeat going left.
