 | 1 Drew Hanlen Basketball Manitoba Two teams, continuous 2-on-2 with trail defender. Coach passes to 4, 1 and 4 attack X6 and trail defender X4, one shot only. |
 | 2 The shooter (here 1) always sprints back to defend, 4 gets back to halfcourt "home base". Defender X6 or X4 inbounds to X2 on a make (or outlets on a miss), X2 headmans to X5 who attacks with X1 against 6 and 1. X2 follows his pass. Whoever inbounds or outlets follows their pass to go off (here X6), the other defender stays on. (Variation - the trail defender stays on) |
 | 3 Shooter X1 sprints back, X5 gets back to home base. Here 6 outlets to 2 and goes off, 1 stays on, 2 headmans the ball and follows, 3 and 4 attack X4 and X1.
