1 gets passes from passer/rebounder 2 (or a coach), shoots or drives left and right from triple threat position, will use both feet to pivot.

Direct drive:

Jab step, crossover step then:

Also jab step (step back), shoot.

Shot fake then:
- direct drive layup
- one-dribble direct-drive pull-up
- one-dribble direct drive, step back, drive for layup

Pass fake and step to one side, crossover step, then:

For a pull-up going left, the crossover footwork used is R-L and R-jump stop; direct-drive footwork is L-R-L and L-R-jump stop. See Shooting - Hubie Brown off the dribble and Footwork - Ganon Baker jump-stop series for these and other options.

Stan Van Gundy (NBA Coaches Playbook)

Step-back - going right, dribble once with the right hand, take one step with the left foot, putting full body weight on it, push back with a small hop to land on the right foot then left foot. You can also perform this move simply by stepping back with the left foot without moving the right foot, using it as the pivot foot.

Pass fake - fake a lateral pass with two hands (don't extend the arms too much) and take a short step in the direction of the pass fake, shift body weight to the ball of the forward foot, quickly push in the other direction and drive to the basket or pull up.
