Fast break
5 (post fly)

Headman the ball to rim-runner 5 on the fast break. 1-4-5 start in the lane, 5 throws the ball off the backboard to trailer 4 and sprints upcourt. 4 outlets ballside to 1, who headmans to 5 for a lay-up, 1 and 4 sprint to follow the play.

Option - 4 self rebounds to start.

4 gets the ball after no more than one bounce, inbounds on a make or outlets ballside on a miss, 1 headmans to 5 coming back. 1 and 4 sprint back, 4 rebounds and hands the ball over for the next group.

- repeat unless (or until) 5 scores twice
- 5 shoots until he scores
- 1 passes to 5 sealing on the T.

Progression - 1 or coach shoots, 4 and 5 rebound, whoever gets the rebound makes the ballside outlet, the other does the post fly ("first big"), can repeat at the other end, or score the ball and 4 inbounds, or the shooter inbounds. See First big UBC.

- 1 dribbles upcourt, 4 sets a drag ballscreen
- 5 comes up to set a ballscreen (fist).

Here 4 sets a drag ballscreen for 1 and rolls, 5 replaces, 1 passes to 5 who hits 4 sealing inside. The shooter rebounds, the other big rim runs back.

Option - 1 passes to 4 rolling, or to 5 inside.

See First big Pitt.
