Fast break 5 on 0 both ways

Work on 5-on-0 fast breaks with two teams of players (O and X), each team attacks a different basket.
1) 10 players
On team O, 2-3-4-5 start near halfcourt, 1 gets an inbounds pass from X4 on team X, team O attacks the far basket, X4 moves up to halfcourt. |

| 2 Team X waits near halfcourt, when play is over, X1 comes into the backcourt for an inbounds pass from 4, team X fast breaks the other way, team O moves up to halfcourt.
To continue, X4 will again inbound to 1.

| 3 2) 9 players
With only 9 players, one player attacks with both teams.

Here it's player 5, who attacks with team O and will then go the other way with team X. |

Here it's player 4, who inbounds for both teams. |
