a) Shuttle run
For 30 seconds, dribble around two cones, use the right hand going away and the left hand coming back, score one point at each cone (i.e. a round-trip is two points).
- go counter-clockwise with the right hand, repeat clockwise with the left hand
- figure-8 dribbling
- back and forth between the cones, change hands each time.
