a) Speed-stop exchange

Make a drop move out top with the ball in the right hand, drive with one dribble to a left-right speed-stop exchange, open up, make a turn dribble back out top, land in a drop stance with the ball in the left hand.

(Start variations)

- drop the left foot to start in a split stance (drop pivot)
- spin a pass, catch with split feet
- hip swivel from a closed stance
- start with the ball in the left hand, use an inverted drop pivot, or a drop thru or drop split.

Drive left with one dribble into a right-left stop exchange, open up, one turn dribble out top with the ball in the right hand, land in a drop stance, that's two reps, continue for 30 reps.

b) Ballscreen refusal

Drop move, drive to a stop exchange, open and turn dribble, land in an inverted drop stance,

To refuse a ballscreen, go back downhill with a push crossover, into a stop exchange, open and turn dribble back out top, land in a regular drop stance.

Drive left, stop exchange, open and turn dribble out to an inverted drop stance.

Push crossover to a stop exchange, open and turn dribble out to a regular drop stance.

Attack the other side, stop exchange, open and turn dribble out to an inverted drop stance, push crossover, etc.
