Facing the baseline, slide to the sideline, back to the block, backpedal to the elbow, pivot and sprint the foul-line extended.

Add an attacker who faces the baseline and the defender, they mirror each other and slide, backpedal, pivot and run to the wing area, coach drops a loose ball for the attacker, it's 1-on-1.
(Variation - the defender faces the attacker)
