Zone high-low
 | 1 Post and perimeter shooting in the high-low zone offence, players stay in their lines. 1) High post 4 passes to coach on the wing, gets a return pass, pivots, skip passes to 1, dives on the pass, 1 shoots. 4 can step out top for the return pass and reverse pivot on his outside (right) foot to create space. |
 | 2 2 passes to 4 for a post shot, 1 rebounds his shot and goes back to the perimeter shooting line. 4 will rebound and go back to the post shooting line, 5 will pass to coach. Option - keep scores, perimeter shooters get 2 points for a make, post players get 1 point, first group to 20 points then switch sides. |
 | 3 2) Low post 4 passes to coach, gets a return pass, on the post feed 1 breaks up to 45 degrees on the weakside for a pass and shot, 4 follows his pass. 4 can step out to the extended post for the return pass from coach, and reverse pivot on his outside (left) foot to create space. |
