 | 1 Steve Alford Individual shooting competition out of 50 points. Three players with balls start under the basket, - spin passes, catch and shoot, rebound, spin, catch and shoot until one player makes 5 shots - take 5 foul shots each - spin and catch, shot fake, one-dribble pull-up, first to 5 - 5 foul shots each - spin and catch, bank shots, first to 5 - 5 foul shots each - spin and catch 3s, first to 5 - 15 foul shots Right-handers use a left pivot foot on a catch and off the dribble, see Shooting - Steve Alford.
