One or two teams at each end of the floor, one ball per team. On each team a player rebounds the first shot, gets it to the next player and goes to the end of the line, the shooter is the next rebounder. Play to 7 baskets, the score goes back to 0 if you miss two in a row, at 7 coach blows the whistle and all teams sprint to change ends (and therefore sides), start immediately. Start in the short corners, then bank shots, elbows, inside the circle on both sides, then stretch it out and go a little deeper. |
