7-spot teams
 | 1 coaching.fibaeurope.com Two teams, one at each end, one ball per team, seven shooting spots starting in the corner, each player will take two shots from each spot then the team moves to the next spot. The first player on each team takes a 3-point shot (3 points), a rebounder gets the ball and passes back for a mid-range shot (2 points), then the shooter becomes the rebounder for the next shooter, the rebounder goes to the end of the line after getting the ball to the next shooter. (Option - two balls per team) |
