Attackers must make 3 passes before attacking the basket, can score only off penetration. Defence plays in full denial on all attackers. Play to a stop or score. Defenders must make 3 stops to switch to offence. Variations - defence must make 3 stops in a row - defence plays with weakside help - offence can score only off ballscreens.
