 | 1 Basketball Highway Coach shoots. Attacker 2 crashes the boards from above the foul line when the ball hits the backboard or the rim. X1 must box out closest offensive rebounder 1 on the shot (1 is directly behind him), then explode to the ball before 2 can get to it. X1 grabs and chins the balls, makes a 1/4 pivot in the air, and makes an overhead outlet pass to the other coach. Variations - 1 starts as if flashing to the ball, and X1 denies the flash - allow the offensive rebounders to double team the defensive rebounder, who keeps his elbows wide and makes a low and long break-out dribble before making the outlet pass - the defensive rebounder tosses the ball off the backboard to start the drill. |
