 | 1 coachesclipboard.ca 4 and 5 get in defensive stance facing coach, one behind the other, on "go" they start sliding and circling each other, still facing coach. On a pass to one player it's live 1-on-1, the attacker should chin the ball and look over his inside shoulder to locate the defender before making any move. |
