Each player stands close to a wall, throws a chest pass, catches the rebound, repeats as quickly as possible, starts to step backwards further from the wall, and then steps back in again to finish.
Tony Fiorentino (5Star) - start about 2 feet away, gradually back up to 10 feet, then back in, do 25 chest, overhead and baseball passes, work up to 50 passes. |
