Defending Two-man close-outs
| 1 The Drill, Feb. 2006
The first players in each line sprint to the elbows and pitter patter, facing each other. |
| 2 On a signal or whistle, they close out on coaches then make two defensive slides before sprinting to the back of the line.
The next two players sprint out on the next whistle.
