Rip Hamilton - Moving without the ball
TNT NBA Fundamentals
YouTube.com

Keys to moving without the ball:

- know where your teammates are at all times
- never stand in one spot for more than two seconds
- change speeds.

Hamilton will flare off one screen (back pedal), going slow to bait his man, sprint baseline to use another screen, then slow it up to gather himself for the pass and shot (shown).

If he starts at the top he will jog down, take his man opposite, then cut off a pin-down screen.
