a) drive for a layup
b) one-dribble middle pullup
c) two-dribble baseline pullup
d) drive baseline, reverse layup
e) drive middle, hook shot
f) drive middle, spin dribble, bank shot (shown)
g) drive baseline, spin dribble, drive middle, spin dribble, jump shot
h) drive baseline, fadeaway shot
i) shoot from favourite positions - beyond the arc for guards, 2 or 3-point shots for forwards, closer to the basket for centres.
5 push-ups for each miss (there is no defence).
