 | 1 3-man weave to centre with three passes. |
 | 2 3-line rush back with dribble penetration by any player, then a kick-out pass. Here 1 passes to 3 who drives baseline, 2 drifts baseline, 1 fills behind 3, and 3 makes a kick-out pass to 2. |

 | 4 1 spaces back to the perimeter, 1 and 3 get passes from 4 and 6 to shoot. The three players rebound and leave the court. 5, 4 and 6 weave next. Variations - 3 shoots off the dribble - 1 closes out on 3 after passing, he does not get a pass to shoot - only one shot, no passes from 4 or 6 - start with a rush from halfcourt with the ball in any line. |
 | 5 Progression - add a line of post players (6 and 7) with one ball. As 1, 2 and 3 start their weave, 6 sprints to the 3-point line then to either block. Variation - 6 sprints to the 3-point line, to the front of the rim, seals, then goes to either block. |
 | 6 6 spaces on penetration. Here 2 drives middle, 1 and 3 space along the 3-point line, weakside 6 steps out to the short corner (or steps to the rebound/drop zone beside the backboard). 6 gets a pass from 7 unless 2 passes to 6, then 7 passes to another open player. |
