Each player has a ball.

a) Elbow pin-downs

Pass to coach, cut for a return pass at the elbow, inside pivot, shoot, rebound, go to the other side, repeat, make 10 in total.

Progressions

- one-dribble middle pull-up (catch at the arc)
- sweep the other direction (baseline), one-dribble pull-up.

(Variation - coach is out top, players start under the basket, pass and alternate sides for faster shooting)

Use a screener.

b) fade to the corner

The cutter fades to the corner for a pass and shot. Catch with the shooting foot ahead (the left foot for right-handers), step into the shot.

Progression - shot fake, one-dribble pull-ups both ways

c) Curl

Curl hard, inside pivot, jump shot in the middle of the lane (hook the screener with your inside arm, pull him into your defender trailing).

Progression - curl for a layup on the other side.

In traffic, take it off two feet, two hands, two eyes to the rim, power move, look the ball through the rim.
