Shooting Jr. NBA post pass

Shooting off passes from the low post. Each drill is linked to the corresponding video. See Jr. NBA - Passing, Shooting (Games). 1) Coach plays in the low post (variation - use a player). a) Relocate 1 makes a post entry from the wing (fake high and pass low, or vice versa), relocates to the corner for a pass and shot. 2 goes next. | 2 b) Baseline cut
Post entry, baseline cut, coach drops the ball off.

| 3 c) Screen and slip
Post entry, screen away at the top, slip for a pass.
(Variation - get a pass out top for a shot, see below)

| 4 2) Shots from the top
Players rotate positions, including the low post.
1 makes a post entry to 2, cuts above the foul line for a return pass, shoots and rebounds.

| 5 2 cuts out to the wing for a pass from 3, who cuts to the rim then posts up, 2 passes inside, cuts for a return pass and shot, 3 is the next shooter.
