Ball-toss toughness


Groups of three players with one ball. Two players get low and try to gain position using their lower body to push against each other (get low when being pushed). After 2-4 seconds, the third player tosses a ball high in the air for the two players to rebound. The rebounder must pass the ball back to the player that tossed the ball, the other player tries to prevent the pass. The tosser throws three times then the players switch roles. There will be some fouling when working for position or going for the rebound (e.g., over the back).
