 | 1 Pass the ball around the perimeter, only coaches can shoot. On a defensive rebound, defenders come off, attackers switch to defence. On an offensive rebound, defenders stay, attackers come off. New attackers come on in either case. Option - defenders must make 3 rebounds in a row (or total) to come off. |
