See the 5star pro-style fast break. On a make, 4 always inbounds, 5 runs rim to rim, 1 gets his back to the sideline, 3 runs wide right below the foul-line extended.
2 runs wide left but looks over his shoulder to see if there is any difficulty getting the ball in, then comes back hard if the point guard is denied. 4 runs the baseline and inbounds to 2.
The press break works well if 4 is a quick inbounder.
Stay on the attack, in the flow of the offence. 3 crosses the floor to fill 2's spot, 1 goes up the sideline. 1 and 2 flip-flop roles, 2 is now the point guard, and pushes the ball with all the same options (e.g., drag action), but attacking on the other side of the floor.
"Spots" (a call)
4 inbounds to 2 then runs right to the middle of the floor, 5 moves to the sideline, 1 comes ballside of the rim, always have a guy behind the ball.
If 2 passes to 4 in the middle, he looks opposite ahead to 3.
If the inbounds pass does go to 1, 2 is behind the ball.
