 | 1 Ian MacKinnon Two teams, corner attackers 1-2-3-4 are stationary, middle attacker 5 can move freely, defenders try to trap every pass, how many passes can the attackers make in 2 minutes, then switch teams. Option - change the middle attacker after 30-60 seconds. Adjust distances depending on age and skill. coachesclipboard.ca - Lions in the cage - 4 on 4 (no players in the middle), attackers can't dribble but can take one step from the corners to catch or pass, and have to sweep on each catch, teams switch and sub on a turnover, which team can make the most passes in 2 minutes.
