Passing

With two balls, a) facing a wall

One-hand passes (do one set each hand)
- air passes off the wall, can catch with both hands
- bounce passes
- move back, air passes, let the balls bounce once after hitting the wall, can catch with both hands
- let them bounce, pass and catch with the same hand.

Taylor Allan - standing sideways to the wall, alternately bounce pass two balls using only one hand, make 50 passes then switch hands (option - start by catching each ball with both hands).

Simultaneous passes with both hands
- air passes
- move back, let them bounce
- move in, dribble once, pass, no bounce
- move back, dribble once, let them bounce (option - make a two-ball dribble move).

Alternate right-hand, left-hand passes
- air passes
- move back, let them bounce, can catch with both hands
- let them bounce, pass and catch with the same hand.

Shovel passes
- simultaneous air passes
- dribble once first (option - change the forward foot if there is one)
- alternating passes (machine gun).

Behind the back passes
- alternate right-left passes, let them bounce, can catch with both hands.

Nash push passes - dribble two balls (pound or pistons), coach calls "left" or "right", push pass to the wall, catch with the same hand on the return bounce, continue.

b) perpendicular to the wall

- behind the back passes, right hand, let them bounce, two-hand catch
- repeat with the left hand (turn 180 degrees)
- behind the back passes, right hand, let them bounce, same-hand catch
- repeat with the left hand.
